1.Our product support iPhone 6 and above version supports wireless carplay; It requires 5G WiFi function for Android cellphones to supports wireless Android auto.
Carplay and Android auto could not be used at the same time.

2.Support Carplay and Android Auto：
-Carplay:The car stereo compatible with IOS System: Connect with your phone via USB cable that make phone calls, accessyour music, send and receive messages, get directions, and more.
-Android Auto:This car radio compatible with Android System: You can get real-time alerts on Google maps and position.Keeping your hands on the steering wheel meanwhile you can make calls, check your messages, reply back, use music apps, etc.

3.Huawei mobile phone (EMUI) users need to enter the mobile phone developer option and enable “mobile data is always on”, so that the wireless Android automatic operating system can work, otherwise they can only use wired Android automatic operation;

4.Please do not connect your phone to the iWatch or any Android smart watch when Carplay or Android auto is working. These third Bluetooth devices will cause Carplay and Android auto to fail;

5.Remove the Bluetooth helmet from the Bluetooth device list of Android mobile phone, otherwise wireless Android will not work normally automatically;

6.The power supply must no less than 12V 1A.

Q: How to connect it with my phone?
A:①Remove all irrelevant Bluetooth and WiFi on the mobile phone, and only keep the connection with the host, otherwise the machine will not work correctly;②Pair our product with your motorcycle through Bluetooth, and then keep Wifi and Bluetooth opened is okay!

2.Q:I want to know if it is waterproof?
A: Yes, our product is waterproof at IPX7 level,who allows you to enjoy music and online maps on rainy days.
IPx7 grade 7 means the waterproof grade of IPX7, which means that the top is 0.15-1 meters from the water surface for 30 minutes without affecting the performance and water leakage.

Q:Do I need to install extra microphone and speaker?
A: No, our product with built-in microphone and speaker.

Q: Does it have a built-in power module?
A: No… after it is reset, the date and time will not match, but it retains Bluetooth. Once CarPlay is automatically connected, it will synchronize time from iPhone.

Q:Can I use a bluetooth headset to listen to C5 Carplay?
A:Yes, you’re able to listen all the audio via bluetooth headset/helmet(music, navi etc) by pairing it to C5 Carplay, and you can make the phonecalls by it . It supports Sena, NEXT Pro, Amazon Echoshow 5 etc, But its not compatible with Miland intercom currently.
